Chanel Beads sweeps with their new album "Your Day Will Come"

Despite keeping the same name as their debut 2024 album, Chanel Beads’ [ @chanel_beads ] new project ‘Your Day Will Come (2026)’ pushes the envelope on what electronic indie can be. With mixing that lands in between ethereal and otherworldly, and vocals that pierce your soul, the 14 track album blends elements of ambience, noise, folk, pop into one incredibly cohesive yet chaotic experience unlike anything and other artists can give. With no features on the album ( or on any of their tracks for that matter), the work stands completely alone against the industry norms and presents only
A stage name by Shane Lavers, Chanel beads has been consistently posting music for the past two years, entering the radar of the electronic underground in 2022 with singles ‘Ache’ and ‘True Altruism’ which to this day feel like tracks from a different world. Emerging from west europe Lavers and supporting vocalist Maya McGrory prove that music hasn’t become stagnant just yet.
Signed to the self proclaimed ‘sentimental noise’ independent record label of JagJaguwar [ @jagjaguwar ], Chanel Beads has broken through the ceiling of the underground and slowly begun entering the mainstream, opening for Lorde [ @lorde ] across all of her US/Canada stops from 2024 - 2025 and a frequent recurring guest on NTS Radio [ @nts_radio ] and the late Nina Protocol [ @ninaprotocol ].
